Dan Isaacs — Founder & CEO

Dan is an entrepreneur with more than 15 years of digital experience and has a proven track record of building results-driven teams. Dan most recently served as President and Co-founder of Springbox, a successful interactive agency that was sold in 2008. Prior to Springbox, Dan helped build award winning teams and programs for T3 and Dell. Dan knows from experience that great ideas require great execution to become successful.

Phil Coffman

Phil Coffman — Creative Director

Phil’s love for design and creativity has evolved into a life-long passion and into more than 11 years of professional experience. Prior to Element, Phil managed creative teams at Springbox and led multiple creative projects for Schlumberger. An active member of the design community, Phil pioneered an online publication called Method & Craft, a website dedicated to exploring the processes and techniques of today's brightest creative professionals.
